Heart craft

The kids have been asking to do an art project, so we decided to do an early Valentine project. We just took different patterns of pink paper and cut them in to small shapes and then glued them on to the heart. It is a very simple project but the kids loved it, especially working with the glue.

Minnesota Viking Cheerleaders

The Minnesota Viking Cheerleaders came to base and we decided to take the kids to see them. Sean said he likes to support base programs so they don't stop doing them =) They had a lot of fun and were dancing and clapping in their chairs.

Underwater World

We took the kids downtown to a place called Underwater World. Basically it is a walk-thru aquarium. It is not a very long tunnel but the kids surprised me by taking their time and stopping often to watch the fish.

The Birthday Party

The kids had a great birthday party! We went with a football/Little Mermaid theme. It was a fun-filled day!!



Sean thought that Ashlyn should have two candles instead of three because she wasn't quite three yet. I think he may be upset that his baby girl is getting bigger!!!

We didn't get any pictures of the kids in the bouncy castle on the day of the party but we did get some of them the next morning. They were so sad when Daddy had to pack it all up and take it back. They sometimes ask if we can "borrow" the bouncy castle again. They really had a blast with it!

Cowboy night

The theme for AWANAS tonight was cowboy night. We decided to dress Ash up too. She gets upset that she is not big enough to go yet. She learns all of the verses with Aiden as well. Anyway here are a few pictures of my cowboy and cowgirl!!!









Aiden's hat makes him look more like a farmer than a cowboy but it was the best we could find here on Guam!!

Big Birthday Month

Aiden's birthday is January 3rd and Ashlyn's is January 21st, so we are going to do a joint birthday party for them on the 17th. On the actual day of Aiden's birthday I put up a few decorations and made him a cake. He told us he wanted to go to the beach so that is what we did!! It still is a little crazy that we can go to the beach in January. Here are a few pictures.....
